Since we started almost 40 years ago, Palex has grown to be a global player in women’s shoes.

Now  the second generation of Di Riccio family , represented by Christian,  we design and manufacture complete collections for the most important  retailers in the retail and wholesale market.

We are very focused on to these important points. We work very closely with accredited company to avoid any risk of chemical contamination and also carry out independent inspections and research institutions as part of our quality management.

NO CHILD LABOUR

Our partners are strictly forbidden from using child labour. Any exploitation of children is therefore prohibited. The rights of young employees must also be protected.

NO DISCRIMINATION

Our producers may never discriminate against staff due to their sex, religion, nationality or any other personal characteristic.

WORKING HOURS

Compliance with legal and contractual working hours is a key aspect of our corporate responsibility within the supply chain. Monitoring is carried out by internal auditors and international external audit companies.

Materials
We only use the finest, quality materials available.

Chemicals
Our materials especially  leathers are 100% tested against any illegal substances that may affect your health. We only choose the best quality natural leather free of dangerous chemicals.

Usage Testing
Rigorous testing is standard practice whenever we introduce a new model. We do all the necessary  testing that our clients require and work in collaboration with accredited companies such as INTERTEK,  SGS, Bureau Veritas and Satra.
